How to BookMaking a Reservation
Bookings can be made directly through this website or by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Cozy Cove. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
- Full guest name and valid government-issued ID are required at check-in
- Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room
- Minimum stay may apply during peak seasons or holidays
- Booking confirmation will be sent to the email provided
PaymentPayment Terms
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking, depending on the booking type and season. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of booking.
CancellationCancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in — full refund issued
- Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in — one night's charge applies
- No-shows without prior notice — full booking amount will be charged
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days
RefundRefund Policy
- Up to 24 hours before check-in — 100% refund
- Within 24 hours of check-in — refund minus one night's charge
- No-shows without prior notice — no refund
ModificationsChanging Your Booking
Requests to modify booking dates or room type are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours before the original check-in date. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
Special CircumstancesForce Majeure & Exceptional Situations
In the event of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other force majeure situations, Cozy Cove will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to provide suitable alternatives, rescheduling, or refunds at our discretion.
