• Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID)
• Early check-in can be requested and will be accommodated subject to room availability
• If arriving late (after 10 PM), please inform us in advance so we can ensure a smooth arrival
• The booking confirmation must be presented at check-in (digital copy accepted)
• Unmarried couples are welcome; local ID guidelines apply

DepartureCheck-out

• Please return all room keys / access cards at the time of check-out
• Late check-out (up to 2 PM) may be available on request, subject to availability and may attract an additional charge
• Any minibar, meal, or ancillary charges must be settled before departure
• Please ensure all personal belongings are collected; {partner.name} is not responsible for items left behind

House RulesDuring Your Stay

• This is a non-smoking property — smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and common areas
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property
• Pets are welcome — please inform us in advance
• Visitors (non-staying guests) must register at the front desk and are not permitted to stay overnight
• Consumption of alcohol in common areas is not permitted

SecurityID & Verification

As required by local regulations, all guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. A copy may be retained for verification purposes in compliance with applicable law. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
